WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking an Experienced Paint Detailer with color sanding experience to join our team and support the final finishing of completed aircraft. This is a hands-on role focused on achieving a high-quality, show-level finish through detailed paint correction, color sanding, polishing, and buffing. - Inspect surfaces under appropriate lighting to identify imperfections and ensure consistent quality
- Perform detailed masking and protection of surrounding surfaces when required
- Assist with final detailing and preparation of aircraft prior to delivery
- Maintain and properly care for polishing machines, sanding equipment, tools, and supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
